Originally a clinical psychologist, Richard wants to use his skills in the trainer and coach profession. Within the mental health sector, he has specialised in addictions in recent years and coached many clients in this area. Within MK Leads, Richard will start in training and then work as an MK Leads trainer as soon as possible!
