With his background in both economics and psychology, he helps people understand the interaction between people and the organisational context in which they operate.

His specialities are leadership, personal, team and organisational development and personality assessments (including MBTI®, OPQ, DISC, PIP360). Within MK Leads, Tim is the specialist in leadership projects.
